Recently I visited the Trump Royale in Sunny Isles Beach and had the opportunity to take some video and pictures. The Trump Royale is part of the Trump Grande Ocean Resort & Residence complex which also includes the Trump Palace and the Trump International Beach Resort. I've been in all of the new condo developments in the Miami area and can say that the Trump Royale is one of my favorites.
Living at the Trump Royale is just like living at your own private oceanfront resort. The building has its own tropically landscaped pool and activities center with concierge service on the beach. There is a 5000 square foot spa and fitness center on site, as well as a tennis court, lounge areas, club room, and billiard room. Residents of the Trump Royale also have access to the facilities at the Trump International next door. The Trump International has two pools, the larger Aquanox spa and gym, several restaurants, and tennis courts.
The units at the Trump Royale have fabulous ocean views, top of the line appliances, and fixtures, and have their own private elevators. I had the opportunity to view a C Unit, and it was absolutely amazing. The C Unit has 2 bedrooms plus a den that is easily convertible to a third bedroom. There are 3 and a half baths and 2137 square feet of interior space. All of the rooms have a view of the ocean. In addition to the C Unit, the larger, 3 bedroom A unit is also very nice. It is over 4000 square feet and has a large balcony and panoramic windows overlooking the ocean.
The building offers an assortment of one, two, and three bedroom floorplans.
