I recently had an opportunity to visit Jade Ocean in Sunny Isles Beach. Jade Ocean is the last of the 3 Jade buildings where units still can be purchased directly from the developer. Jade Beach next door and Jade Brickell have sold out and only resale units are available.
The drive to Jade Ocean is truly spectacular. Not only does the architecture of the building make it stand out from its neighbors, but the front of the building has a six story waterfall and the back of the building has a unique oceanfront porte-cochere.
Perhaps the second most notable feature of Jade Ocean is the large infinity edge pool that runs directly through the center of the building that offers great sunlight all throughout the day. Jade Ocean residents also have access to a state of the art health club, spa with massage and steam rooms, and beach service.
There are only 256 residences at Jade Ocean, as the smallest units are 1 bedrooms that are around 1000 square feet. All the units offer a direct view of the ocean and have private elevators. My favorite unit was the 05 Line, a D type model unit running through the center of the building that offers views of the ocean on one side, and the city on the other. The D type model units have 3 bedrooms, 3 and a half baths, and have 2,180 square feet of interior space.
