There are only 2 FHA-approved condos in Miami Beach. They are the Coral Bay Club (80 S Shore Dr, 33141) and the Park Front Condo (1319 Meridian Ave, 33139). You can always search for FHA-approved condos here.

You can also go to this website (http://www.checkfhaapproval.com) and search up to date records by address. They even keep track of saturation.
